Terms of Service

1. License

scribe is licensed to you for use on your personal Mac computers. Each serial number may be used on up to 3 devices that you own or control.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense scribe. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.

3. Payments

scribe operates on a "pay what you want" model. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

scribe and all associated intellectual property rights belong to the developer. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

5. Disclaimer

scribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of scribe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
