Local Processing

All voice transcription happens entirely on your Mac using local AI (Whisper). Your voice recordings are never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party. scribe works completely offline.

Data We Collect

When you purchase a serial number, we collect:

• Your email address (for serial recovery)
• Billing ZIP code (for verification)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

We do not collect or store any voice data, transcripts, or usage patterns.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely for serial number recovery and important product updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Security

Serial numbers and account data are stored securely. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your credit card information.
